Illustrator Elizabeth Zunon Visits St. Francis International
Illustrator Elizabeth Zunon recently partnered with the non-profit organization An Open Book Foundation and showed the students how she meticulously created the artwork in“One Plastic Bag” then taught the children to fold, cut, and rework plastic bags into dreamcatchers and miniature basketball hoops. Already students of environmental advocacy, the third graders at St. Francis International School took to heart the message of the book that one person can have a massive impact on their world!
